As an owner, your family and guests can enjoy the resort amenities and activities offered at Cap Cana. Owners qualify for a Punta Espada membership that allows access to the golf course clubhouse and to our Caletón Beach Club.
The clubhouse includes two restaurants, a snack bar, pro-shop, locker rooms and a member’s library. While the beach club has an impressive oceanfront pool, children’s pool, beachfront massage services and full-service dining.
Cap Cana will also develop a yacht & sports club, an equestrian center and an additional beach club at Juanillo beach. Individual communities may also provide their own distinct gathering places and amenities.
Once you become an owner dedicated teams will aide you with after-sales services.
