Future Hotels

The Altabella Fishing Lodge is being constructed in the Cap Cana Marina. Like the Sanctuary, the Fishing Lodge is a 5-star hotel, yet its style maintains a more youthful and informal image.  Upon completion it will have 130 suites, along with a property complex of 290 luxury apartments positioned with waterfront views and managed in a rental pool. The atmosphere will be electric in each of its 11 restaurants and 10 thousand square meters of commercial property, where the shopping experience is elegantly adorned with world-famous brands. The total projected investment for the two hotels is $180 million dollars.

The Trump at Cap Cana beach hotel will be developed to the same exacting standards as the rest of the Trump at Cap Cana planned development which include a golf course, beach club, golf villas, homesites, residences, and apartments that overlook the tropical blues of the Caribbean Sea.

The luxury hotel project, Sotogrande at Cap Cana, is located on Juanillo Beach and is being developed to include a boutique beach hotel with 84 suites and 4 master suites upon completion.  It will also have a real estate development with 428 luxury apartments for a total of 752 bedrooms.  This project will have a private beach and will be located beside the Jack Nicklaus-signature Las Iguanas Golf Course.

The most recent addition to Cap Cana's elite portfolio of leading hotels has been the exclusive hotel chain, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., to develop a world-class luxury hotel called “The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana,” and a residential beach and golf development known as “Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana.”  The beach hotel will have 220 bedrooms and a wide variety of amenities including a luxurious 1,490 square meter Spa, a private beach club, five restaurants, and lounges.
